South Walton Promenade: First Conceptual Renderings Unveiled

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SANTA ROSA BEACH, FL - Walton Associates is thrilled to announce the release of the first conceptual renderings for the highly anticipated South Walton Promenade.

These images have ignited excitement among residents of South Walton, who can finally visualize the transformative project that has long been needed in the community.

The South Walton Promenade, affectionately referred to as "The Promenade," is set to be a game-changer for the area.

This multi-use path will follow the power line easement in Santa Rosa Beach, running parallel to Highway 98.

Over time, it will extend from Inlet Beach to Miramar Beach, seamlessly connecting communities along the scenic coastline.

"We are thrilled to share these initial renderings of the South Walton Promenade with the community," said John Walton, Project Manager at Walton Associates.

"This project has been years in the making, and we believe it will enhance the fabric of our community and provide valuable recreational opportunities for residents and visitors alike."

The conceptual renderings showcase a vision of the Promenade as a vibrant and inviting space, with lush landscaping, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and scenic overlooks.

It is rumored that prominent county commissioners and candidates such as Danny Glidewell, Tony Anderson, Charles Galloway and Trey Nick have given their full support to the project.

The project aims to promote active transportation, encourage outdoor recreation, and preserve the natural beauty of the area.

"We are committed to creating a Promenade that reflects the unique character of South Walton while meeting the needs of our growing community," added Walton.

"We look forward to continued collaboration with residents, stakeholders, and local officials as we bring this vision to life."

Residents and stakeholders are invited to view the first conceptual renderings of the South Walton Promenade and provide feedback on the project.
