Public Service Announcement: Know Who You're Voting For

Attention, Walton County residents!

It's time to get real about the upcoming election and the candidates vying for your vote.

In particular, let's talk about Barbara Morano—a known liberal running as a Republican.

Now, before we go any further, let's make one thing clear: everyone has the right to run for office, and you have the right to vote for whomever you choose.

But with that freedom comes responsibility—to understand the implications of your vote.

Electing Morano means welcoming liberal policies into Walton County.

That's right, folks. If you vote for her, you're essentially saying, "Bring on the liberal agenda!"

But what does that agenda entail?

Well, brace yourselves for higher property taxes. Walton County takes pride in its low ad valorem taxes and millage rate, but electing Morano could change all that.

And let's not forget about gun rights.

National liberal movements like defunding the police could creep into our community, affecting everything from law enforcement budgets to public safety.

Now, we're all for democracy here in Walton County, but let's call a spade a spade.

Morano's decision to run as a Republican while hiding her true political colors is, well, a bit disingenuous, wouldn't you say?

So, fellow residents, it's time to do your homework. Educate yourselves on the candidates and what they stand for.

Because come election day, the choice will be yours: pride, preservation, and conservation, or shame, destruction, and flaming liberalism.

Choose wisely, Walton County. Your future depends on it.
